Design and implement personalised strategies with examples from motivational theories, this could be use of only one theory or a mixture of several to suit the current environment and staff of St Andrew's, also follow the employment cycle and appraisals to consistently get the best out of employees and the school to better the experience for both staff and students alike.

Communicate and share career objectives with employees to establish a common goals to apply to themselves and the school. Teachers of St Andrew's should be actively involved in weekly staff meetings, one on one conferences of work ethic when required and share their opinions and ideas. Management and staff ideology for the school may differ and discussion of why certain decisions are being made could ease the reluctance from staff and result in understanding and agreement producing a highly positive and motivational workplace.
